Ingredients:  
1 cup of chopped Vidalia onion
1 cup of parmesan grated cheese
1 cup of mayonnaise
1 cup grated swiss cheese



Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients together and put into two small casserole dishes.
Bake at 350 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes until bubbly

Serve hot with pita chips or other crispy crackers.
