1 cup heavy cream
2 tsp. light corn syrup
12 ounce semi-sweet chocolate
2 tsp. pure vanilla extract

Directions:
Directions:
1. In a medium saucepan, combine cream and corn syrup and bring to boil over medium heat.
2. Remove from heat, add chocolate and whisk until melted; stir in vanilla.
3. Serve or pour into jar and let cool completely before refrigerating for up to 2 weeks. Warm in microwave or in a small saucepan before serving.
