1 16 oz. bag spinach
6 T. oil
3 T. flour
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 egg, beaten
2 t. lemon juice
2 t. onion powder
3/4 t. salt
3/4 t. sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Defrost spinach but do not drain. Heat oil in saucepan. Stir in flour and garlic until paste is formed. Add ingredients. Cook over medium heat. Stir until hot and bubbly( about 5 minutes).
