1 can pineapple chunks
1/3 cup Heinze 57 sauce
2 tbsp honey
2-2 1/2 lbs bone-in chicken pieces (breast, thighs, drums)
Salt
Black pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º

Drain pineapple, reserving 2 tbsp liquid. Combine reserved liquid with 57 sauce and honey. Season chicken with salt and pepper, place in baking dish and pour on the sauce. Bake at 350º for 1 hour or until tender, basting occasionally. Arrange pineapple chunks on top of chicken during the last 5-10 minutes of baking time.
