Ingredients:
3 tbsp. oil
2 lb. stew beef
2 gloves garlic
3 large onions
1 6oz can tomato paste
1 tsp. flour
1 tsp. chili powder
1 tsp. oregano
1 tsp. rosemary

3 carrots cut into bite size pieces
1 lb. Ziti
1/3 cup grated cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Cut stew beef into bite size pieces. Brown the beef in the oil in a large stewing pot. Add the garlic, onions, tomato paste, flour, chili powder, oregano, rosemary season salt, stewed tomatoes, and parsley to the pot and heat till bubbling. Reduce heat and simmer for 1 1/2 hours. As it cooks stir occasionally and add a little water if sauce is too thick. Add carrots and cook another hour. Carrots will be a little crisp (can add carrots sooner if you like them softer). You can add them earlier if you want them more tender.

Cook the Ziti per box directions, drain and add to the stew. Stir in grated cheese and serve!
