Olive oil
½ to ¾ lb. chicken, cut into bite size pieces
15 oz. cream of chicken soup
15 oz. cream of celery soup
2 12 oz. jars of Chili Sauce
24 oz. chicken broth or water
1 15 oz. can kidney beans, drained & rinsed
1 15 oz. can black beans, drained & rinsed
3 garlic cloves, minced or one medium onion chopped
1 Tbsp. Cumin
1 Tbsp. Chili Powder
Salt & pepper to taste

Cover the bottom of large pan with olive oil.

Brown the chicken pieces then lower the temperature to simmer.

Add the chili sauce and both soups.

Pour chicken broth into each jar to rinse then pour into pot. Stir well.

Add the drained beans..

Add garlic or onion, cumin and chili powder.

Salt and pepper to taste.

Simmer for 30 minutes.

I serve this chili with a sprinkle of shredded cheddar cheese or a dollop of sour cream, and crispy tortilla chips. A side salad is a great start to this delicious chili. My sister, Pat, loves this chili!!!!!!!
