1 pound roll of Sausage
1 can Crescent Rolls
2 cups grated cheddar cheese
4 eggs
3/4 cup milk
1/2 cups chopped onion &/or red or green pepper (optional)
1 teaspoon Worcestershire Sauce
Tabasco sauce to taste (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375º
Lightly oil a 13X9 inch pan and line the bottom with crescent dough, pinching together the perforated lines.
Cook sausage, breaking up large clumps until crispy on edges. If going to include onions and peppers add them to the sausage halfway through the cooking until sausage is done and vegetables are tender.
Layer cooked sausage (vegetables) on dough
Combine eggs, milk and Worcestershire Sauce and pour over sausage. Add Tabasco if desired. Top with grated cheese
Bake 18-20 minutes, or until center is set and edges are brown. Cool 10 Minutes then cut in squares and serve.

This is one of our families favorite breakfast for weekends or holidays. It's easy and delicious. We serve it alone, or with grits or hash browns and mixed fresh fruit.
