2 pkg. dry yeast
2 ½ c. warm water
1 Tbsp. + ½ c. sugar
2 tsp. salt
2 well beaten eggs
8 c. flour
½ c. shortening.

Directions:
Directions:
Dissolve yeast in ½ cup warm water with 1 Tbsp. sugar and allow to set until foamy. Add 2 cups warm water, ½ cup sugar, 2 tsp. salt, 2 eggs, and 3 cups flour to yeast mixture. Beat well. Cover with plastic wrap and allow to set until light. Add shortening and enough flour to make soft dough (about 5 cups). Knead until smooth (8 minutes with dough hook on mixer or 10 minutes by hand. Let rise until double in bulk. Make into 20 cinnamon rolls. Spray with Pam and cover lightly with clean tea towels. Let rise. Bake 10-20 minutes at 375ºF. Ice as desired.
