1 stick Cold unsalted butter cut into 1/4 inch slices
1 1/2 C All purpose flour
2 teaspoons Baking Powder
1 teaspoon Salt
3/4 Cup Milk

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400º. Butter a cookie sheet.
Whisk together the flour, baking powder and salt.
Cut the butter into the flour mixture with a pastry cutter until the flour resembles course meal.
Add milk and stir with fork just until it comes together in a slightly sticky dough.
Using a 1/4 Cup measuring scoop, mound balls of dough onto the prepared cookie sheet. Makes 8 biscuits.
Bake for 20 minutes until golden brown.
