3 lb chicken wings
2 tbsp. cooking oil
1/2 c soy sauce
1/3 c pineapple juice
1 clove garlic crushed
2 tbsp. brown sugar
1/2 tsp ground ginger

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 375ºF. Cut wings apart at the joints setting aside wing tips. (You can freeze them to add to soup stock.) You should have about 40 pieces. Heat oil in a large heavy skillet over high heat and brown wings lightly turning often. Spread in a single layer in a large baking dish. Combine remaining ingredients and pour over wings. Bake until very tender, turning often (about 1 hour).
