8 Whole Raw Eggs
1 3/4 Cups Sugar
2 T. Vanilla
1 qt. Whipping Cream (4 cups)

Add enough milk to fill the ice cream maker to fill line

Directions:
Directions:
Blend whipping cream until starts getting fluffy, add one egg at a time, sugar and vanilla. Add to Ice Cream maker and fill with whole milk to fill line approximately another quart.

Turn on Electric Ice cream maker for 45 minutes to one hour until ice cream sets, pack crushed ice cubes and layers of rock salt around the inner container.

This homemade ice cream contains raw eggs. This is the way it was made on the farm, but you could cook the mixture prior to making it, but it will not be as good. Body builders eat raw eggs in shakes and smoothies and always live to tell about it. How often have you heard of anyone dying from raw eggs?? I have not.
