1 (250 gram) package of cream cheese. softened
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup caramel sauce
6 apples, cored and wedged
Directions:
Directions:
Beat softened cream cheese, add brown sugar and blend well. Spread on a fancy plate or pie plate. Cover with caramel sauce. Place apples in a bowl and serve.

Dip apples in lemon juice of 7-UP to keep them from browning.
