Chili paste
Garlic
Shallots
Ginger
Seafood stock
Mussels
Clams
Fish scraps
Tail-on shrimp
Oysters/scallops/crawfish tails
Bok choy and /or napa cabbage
Pre-cooked soba or rice noodles
Cilantro

Directions:
Heat clay pot on stovetop. Fry garlic, shallot, ginger & chili paste in oil. Add stock, seafood, cabbage & noodles. Steam until done. Garnish with cilantro & serve.

Clam juice may be substituted for seafood stock. Individual clay pots or family size can be found at an asian market.
