4 C. Bisquick Mix
1 C. Sour Cream
3/4 C. Ginger Ale
1 Stick Butter

Directions:
Directions:
Mix Bisquick, sour cream and ginger ale, roll out and cut with biscuit cutter or glass.
Melt butter and pour half in bottom of baking pan. Bake biscuits at 400º until lightly browned. Brush top of baked biscuits with remaining butter.

These biscuits are good to serve for a church breakfast or any large group.
Unlike homemade biscuits, they are good when cold or warmed over.
