Ingredients:  
1/2 stick butter: 3 green onions
2 cans chicken broth: 2 carrots grated: 2 celery sticks, chopped
2 cans cream of potato soup
1 1/2 c. frozen hashbrowns
8 oz. cheddar cheese, grated
8 oz. sour cream

Directions:
Directions:
Saute green onions in the butter
Add broth, carrots, and celery
Simmer for 30 minutes
Add cream of potato soup, hashbrowns, cheese, and sour cream.

Heat to desired temperature and serve 6-8 servings
