3/4 bag shredded hashbrowns
12 eggs
1 c. milk
1 can Rotel tomatoes
2-3 c. meat (sausage or bacon, precooked)
3 c. shredded Velveeta cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350ºF.
Mix ingredients together and set overnight in the refrigerator or send straight to the oven for 45 minutes. Check the middle for doneness. May take a little longer. Bake in a 9 x 13" pan. Yield: 12-15 servings
