1- yellow cake mix (any brand, including gluten free)
2- eggs, beaten
3 - ripe bananas

Preheat oven to 350º

Spray pans with cooking spray.

Mash bananas in a mixing bowl.
Mix together the dry cake mix, mashed bananas and the beaten eggs.

DO NOT add anything else, no oil, etc.

Divide into 2 small loaf pans, 1 large loaf pan or muffin pans.
Bake for 35-40 minutes. Bake longer with large loaf pan or shorter with muffin pans. (Test for doneness with toothpick).

May drizzle prepared chocolate icing or chocolate chips over the top while warm.
