Half onion diced, red or yellow
1 small can diced green chiles
3 - 13 oz cans 98% fat free chicken or use 5-6 chicken tenders or 3-4 chicken breasts cooked in microwave, then shredded
1 pkg fat free cream cheese - 8 oz
1 Tbsp garlic and black pepper
Pinch of salt
10 - 8 inch flour tortillas
1 can 98% fat free cream of chicken soup
16 oz fat free sour cream
3 Tbsp milk (skim of you have it)
2 cups of 2% shredded cheese (your choice)

Coat skillet with Pam spray. Cook onions on low - medium heat for about a minute and then add green chiles, cook until onions soften a little (about 3 minutes). Add (drained) chicken to skillet, shred with fork and mix with onions and cook about 3 minutes. Add cream cheese and mix in well. Sprinkle with garlic and black pepper and a dash of salt. (Taste and see if you need more garlic and black pepper.)
In a bowl, mix soup, sour cream and milk.
Fill tortillas with chicken mixture and roll and line up in 9 X 13 pan sprayed with Pam. Pour soup mixture over tortillas, sprinkle with cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for about 35 minutes.
