2 boxes Jiffy cornbread mix
1 can cream style corn
2 diced jalapenos
6 oz Mexican cheese or more if desired
1 1/2 lbs hamburger meat
Small chopped onion
1 can rotel tomatoes
Clove garlic

Directions:
Directions:

Mix 1 box cornbread mix according to directions and add 1/2 can of
the corn
Pour into greased 9X13 baking dish
Saute hamburger, onion and garlic and drain. Add can of rotel
Pour over cornbread mixture
Mix 2nd box cornbread mix as directed and add 1/2 can of the corn
top with cheese and jalapenos
