2 mashed bananas
Lg. can crushed pineapple, undrained
8 oz. pkg. cream cheese
10 oz. pkg. frozen strawberries
Lg. carton Cool Whip
1/2 cup chopped nuts
3/4 cup sugar

Blend all ingredients in mixer or blender. A few drops of red food coloring may be added if desired. Place in mold, coffee can or milk carton to freeze. I like the small individual molds.

This is especially good for a ladies luncheon. Tip: if you need extra molds, just empty some that have already frozen, wrap the salad in foil, leave in freezer and reuse the molds.
