1/2c. olive oil plus more for pan
1 1/2c. all purpose flour plus more for pan
1c. walnuts
1tbsp. finely grated orange zest, plus more for garnish
1/2c. fresh orange juice
2tsp. baking powder
1tsp. coarse salt
2 large eggs
1c. packed dark brown sugar
1c. plain Greek yogurt
2tbsp. confectioners' sugar, plus more for dusting

1. Preheat oven to 350ºF. Brush an 8x2 inch round cake pan with oil then dust with flour. Tap out excess. Line bottom with parchment., oil parchment. Pulse walnuts in food processor until they are finely ground.

2. In large bowl whisk together orange zest, flour, baking powder, salt, and ground walnuts. Make a well in the center of the flour mixture and stir in the eggs, brown sugar, orange juice, and oil until just moistened. Don't over mix.

3. Pour batter into prepared pan, and bake until a tester inserted in the center of the cake comes out clean, 40-45 minutes. Let cool in pan 10 minutes. Turn out onto a wire rack to cool completely. Top side up. Meanwhile, stir together yogurt and confectioners sugar, then slice into wedges. Pass sweet yogurt alongside. Garnish yogurt and cake sliced with more orange zest.
