1 c sugar
1/3 c flour
1 egg
1/2 tsp vanilla
5-6 c cut up rhubarb
1 unbaked pie shell (9")
Topping:
1/3 c butter
1/2 c brown sugar
3/4 c flour
Cream butter, add brown sugar and flour. Blend together until crumble-like

Directions:
Directions:
Combine flour and sugar, stir in egg. Add vanilla and rhubarb. Mix well. Place in unbaked pie shell. Sprinkle with topping. Bake at 450º for 15 minutes, reduce to 350º and bake another 30 min.
