2 c flour
1 c cornmeal
1 c corn flour
5 tsp baking powder
3/4 tsp salt
4 eggs
1 can creamed corn
1 2/3 c milk
2/3 c melted butter or oil
1/4 c honey
2 tsp sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Mix dry ingredients in a large bowl. Mix all wet ingredients until well combined. Mix into dry until mixture is thick & mushy. Pour into greased 9x12 pan. Bake at 375-400º for 45 min or until top is golden brown.

For colour and some zip, I add finely cut up red and jalapeno pepper.
