2 lb ground lean pork (about 4 cups)
18 ginger crisp cookies (1 1/2 c crushed)
3/4 c dairy sour cream
1 egg beaten
1/4 tsp lemon pepper
/2 tsp salt
8 whole cloves
3 bay leaves

Directions:
Directions:
Crush cookies between 2 sheets waxed paper with a rolling pin or crush in blender. Combine meat with crumbs. Mix sour cream, egg and seasonings. Pour over meat mixture and mix thoroughly. Transfer to large 9 X 5 X 3" pan (bread pan size). Pack well and mixture will come to within 1" of top of pan. Stick whole cloves and bay leaves into top of meatloaf. Bake in moderate oven of 350ºF about 1 hour or until center is cooked when tried with a cake tester. Remove cloves and bay leaves before serving.
