5 lbs flour
6 tablespoons salt
6 cups Crisco (3 lbs) (Butter Flavored)
40 tablespoons ICE water

Directions:
Directions:
This can be made ahead of time and kept in refrigerator for one year without the water. Take out just what you need when baking.

For one pie, take 2 and 1/4 cups mixture and add 5 tablespoons water.

Recipe makes approximately twenty 9-inch pie crusts (single) or ten 9-inch pie crusts (double).

Personal Notes:
Personal Notes:
This is handy to have in refrigerator if you bake pies allot. I like this because it is less measuring. Just use a 5 lb bag of four and a 3 lb can of Crisco. If you mix up an entire batch and have added water, etc. Whatever you don't use, you can freeze it. Just thaw it out and roll the next time you bake pies.
