1 3/4 C fat free milk
1/3 C four
6 eggs, beaten
2 1/2 C fresh or frozen (thawed) corn kernels
2 1/2 C diced red or orange bell pepper
1 can Ortega chilies
8 ounces cooked ham ( cut in 1/2 inch dice
1/2 C shopped green onion
4 ounces Gouda cheese, shredded
1/4 tsp black pepper

Preheat oven to 375º. Lightly butter a 13x9 inch baking pan or coat with cooking spray.
Whisk together milk and flour. Whisk in eggs. Add remaining ingredients, stir until blended. Pour mixture into prepared pan and bake, uncovered, until golden brown, 35-40 minutes.

The original recipe did not call for Ortega Chilies, but they are a nice addition. Also, to make this vegetarian just leave out the ham, it is still very tasty.
