2tsp neural tasting oil like canola or safflower

3 garlic cloves, minced

1tbsp finely julienned peeled fresh ginger

Pinch crushed red pepper flakes

1/2lb. Boneless sirloin or tenderloin, cut into thin strips

1 1/2 cups chopped broccoli

2tbsp low sodium tamari soy sauce

2tbsp fresh orange juice

2-3 cups of red quinoa or brown rice

Heat oil in medium sauté pan over medium high. Sauté garlic, ginger, and red pepper flakes until golden brown, stirring frequently about one minute. Increase heat to high, and add beef and broccoli. Cook until beef is seared and broccoli is crisp- tender, turning stripes once, 2-3 mins. Stir in taramari and orange juice. Serve over quinoa.
