2 c All-Purpose Flour
2 c Sugar
1 tsp Baking Powder
1 tsp Baking Soda
1 tsp Salt
1 tsp Ground Cinnamon
3 c finely Shredded Carrot
1 c Vegetable Oil
4 Eggs

Cream Cheese Frosting
1 3 oz pkg Cream Cheese softened
1/4 c Butter softened
1 tsp Vanilla
2 c Powdered Sugar

Directions:
In a bowl combine the first 6 ingredients. Add next 3 ingredients, beating with electric mixer till combined. Beat on medium speed for 2 minutes. Turn into pan. Bake in a 325º oven for 50-60 minutes in a 9x13 pan or till done. Cool on a wire rack.

Cream Cheese Frosting
In a bowl beat together cream cheese, butter and vanilla until light and fluffy. Gradually add 2 cups powdered sugar, beating until smooth.
