Cake:
3 c All Purpose Flour
2 c Sugar
1 1/4 c Cooking Oil
3 Eggs
3 med Apples cubed
1 tsp Soda
1 tsp Salt
1 tsp Cinnamon
1 tsp Allspice
1 c Nuts chopped
1 tsp Vanilla
Glaze:
1 c Light Brown Sugar
1 stick Butter
1/4 c Evaporated Milk

Directions:
Directions:
Mix flour, sugar, salt, soda, spices. Blend in oil, add eggs, stirring in one at a time. Add vanilla, apples, and nuts. Put in cold oven. Cook at 275º for 10 minutes. Then at 350º for one hour.

Glaze: Mix brown sugar, butter and evaporated milk in saucepan. Cook 2 minutes and let cool. Put on cake, after cake has cooled.
