2 Sticks Margarine
1 C. Raisins
1 C. Brown Sugar
3 C. Quaker Old Fashioned Un-Cooked Oats
1/2 C. Granulated Sugar
2 Eggs
1 tsp Vanilla
1 1/2 C. Flour
1 tsp Baking Soda
1 tsp Cinnamon
1/2 tsp Salt

Directions:

Pre-Heat Oven to 350º

Beat together margarine, brown sugar and sugar until creamy. Add eggs and vanilla- beat well.

Combine in separate bowl: Flour, baking soda, cinnamon and salt. Mix well. Add this to the egg and sugar mixture.

Stir/ Fold in Oats & Raisins, until well mixed.

Drop by rounded tsp onto UN-greased cookie sheet. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown. Cool for 1-3 minutes on pan and then move to wire rack to cool.

Grandma Dahl gave me this recipe so that I could make her these. I think it's the same or similar recipe that is on the back of the Quaker Oats container. None the less, she loved these cookies when I made them for her during one of my visits during a holiday break from college.
