1-1 lb can French cut green beans
1-1 lb can yellow wax beans
1-1 lb can red kidney beans
½ c. minced red onion
½ c. minced green pepper
½ c. salad oil
½ c. cider vinegar
3/4 c. sugar
1 tsp salt
½ tsp pepper

Directions:
Directions:
(Day before) Drain green and yellow beans, rinse the kidney beans, place in a glass bowl. Add green pepper and onion. Mix oil and vinegar with sugar, salt and pepper. Pour over bean mixture, toss.
Cover and refrigerate overnight.

Always use a glass bowl! Never plastic or metal.
