1 bag of Cole Slaw mix (16 oz bag see note below)
1 cup mayonnaise
½ cup sugar
1/4 cup white vinegar

Directions:
Directions:
Blend the Mayo, sugar and vinegar in a medium bowl, very well. Place Cole slaw mix into a one-gallon zip lock bag. Pour in the mayo mixture, seal and shake well. Chill, knead bag occasionally to re-coat.
Place in serving bowl, stir well and serve.

You may substitute a small cabbage and 2 carrots, both shredded finely. (About 1 pound)

Note: this recipe was set up to use the 16 ounce bags of pre-cut coleslaw mix. Dole brand, specifically. They now have downsized the bags to about 12-14 ounces. you may need to either add extra shredded carrots, or simply buy 2 bags.
