1 White Cake Mix

Frosting:
1 C. Sugar
1 Can Evaporated Milk
2 Squares Chocolate
1 tsp Vanilla
1/2 C. Butter
1 tub Cool Whip (9 oz)
2/3 C. Creme De Minthe Liquor

Directions:
Directions:
Bake White Cake Mix as directed in 9x13 pan, EXCEPT, for 1/3 C. of liquid, replace that with Creme De Minthe Liquor, bake as usual.

Prepare Frosting:

Cook on stove top, stirring constantly for 10-15 minutes or until thick. Spread chocolate mixture completely over cooled cake.

Prepare Cool Whip Topping:

Mix 1/3 C. of Creme De Minthe Liquor in 9 oz. tub of Cool Whip. Spread over top of Chocolate Frosting. Sliver with German Chocolate shavings.
