1 yellow cake mix
1 pkg instant vanilla pudding mix
4 eggs
3/4 cup oil
3/4 cup sherry
1 tsp nutmeg

Glaze:
3/4 C sugar
2 T water
3 T wine
3 T orange peel

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all and beat 5 minutes in mixer at medium speed. Pour into greased 10" tube pan and bake at 350º for 45 minutes or until cake springs back when touched with finger. Cool in pan 5 minutes then turn over on rack. Whe cool sprinkle with confectioners sugar.

Pour glaze over cake while still warm
