1 Lb Italian Sausage
2 Large Russet Potatoes (chopped)
1 Large Onion- Finely Chopped
1 Pkg. Real Bacon Bits (Hormel makes these)
2 Cloves Garlic- Minced
2 Cans Chicken Broth
2 Cups Water
2 Cups Chopped Kale
1 Half Pint Heavy Whipping Cream
Fresh Shredded Parmesan Cheese
2 tbsp Butter

Directions:
Directions:
Brown Sausage, drain grease- place on a paper towel to absorb any extra grease.
Place Onion, Potatoes, Chicken Broth, Water and Garlic in pot. Place on medium heat until Potatoes are done. Add bacon bits and butter. Simmer 10 minutes. Add salt and pepper to taste. Add Sausage, Cream, and Kale. Simmer 10-20 minutes on Low Heat.

Serve with Breadsticks
