1 stick butter
1 lb. powdered sugar
8 tablespoons KY Bourbon 100 Proof
3/4 cup chopped pecans
1 pkg Bakers unsweetened chocolate
2 inch square of paraffin
Whole pecans

Directions:
Directions:
Cream sugar and butter. Add bourbon and nuts, Mix well. Put in refrigerator over night or at least 6 hours.

Remove from refrigerator. Rapidly make balls from mixture. About size of a walnut. This is best done with your hands coated with powdered sugar. Refrigerate again.

Melt 1 pkg Bakers unsweetened chocolate with a piece of paraffin about 2 inch square in a double boiler over boiling water. Keep water boiling. When fully melted using a toothpick to hold ball dip in chocolate. Remove to wax paper and place 1/2 pecan on top. Refrigerate again.
