6 boneless chicken breasts
1 12 oz beer
1 Can (2 cups +/-) of Salsa Verde
2 t. Cumin
1 Jalapeņo
salt & pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Add Chicken to slow cooker. Pour salsa verde & beer over chicken. Add cumin, salt & pepper. Dice Jalapeņo(including seeds) and add to slow cooker. Turn chicken with tongs to make sure it is coated. Cook on high 3-4 hours and on low 6-8 hours. Chicken will be done with it can be easily shredded with a fork.
