Ingredients:  
1 32 oz bag Ore-Ida Southern Style hashbrowns.
1/2 c - 1 c grated Sharp Cheddar Cheese
1 8 oz container Sour Cream
1 can Cream of Chicken Soup
1/2 c chopped Onions
1 stick, Butter, melted
11/2 c Ritz Cracker Crumbs
4 tbsp Butter melted
Directions:
Directions:
Mix sour cream, soup, onions, cheese and butter. Add hashbrowns. Pour into 9x13 baking dish. Mix cracker crumbs and melted butter. Sprinkle over top. Bake 350º for 1 hour.
