32 oz yellow prepared mustard-any brand
1 c. dark brown sugar, packed
12 oz tomato paste
¾ c. apple cider vinegar
1 c. apple juice. (100% juice, not apple drink)
2 tbsp lime juice
2 ½ tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1 ¼ tsp cayenne pepper
1 ¼ tsp black pepper
1 ¼ tsp garlic granules

Directions:

Combine all the ingredients (except for the yellow mustard) in a blender and blend until it is smooth with no gritty texture.

Place yellow mustard in a large saucepan on low heat just until it bubbles, stirring all the time, then add the contents of the blender.
Add extra cayenne pepper at this point if you want it hotter.

Return to a boil, then pack into jars.
If not processing this, then refrigerate once cool.

Pack into sterilized jars, seal and process for 20 minutes in a hot water bath canner.
Makes appx 7 half pints
