Ingredients:
Ingredients:
One dozen eggs, (at least a week old or more, they peel better than fresh) Cover eggs with cold water, when water reaches a boil, time for about 8 minutes, rinse with cold water.
1 T salt added to water.

EGG MIXTURE:`
1 cup mayonaise
1/4 cup mustard
1/2 cup sugar

Paprika, to sprinkle on top when filled.

Directions:
Directions:
Peel your boiled eggs. Slice egg in half lengthwise. Take out the yolks and put in separate bowl. Use a fork or pastry cutter to smash the yolks fine. To the eggs add the mixture of mayo, sugar and mustard. Can add salt and pepper too. Fill each egg half with the egg yolk mixture and put on a decorative plate. Sprinkle Paprika over top of each egg for decoration and extra flavor. Its best to start with less mayo and keep adding or it will get to runny. You want a stiffer filling. If you put eggs in a food processor till smooth you might be able to put your mixture in a frosting bag and fill your eggs.
