2 1/2 c. all-purpose flour or as needed
1 envelope Fleischmann's RapidRise Yeast
3/4 tsp. salt

2 tablespons olive oil

Directions:
Directions:
In a large bowl, combine 2 cups flour, undissolved yeast, and salt. Stir very warm water and olive oil into flour mixture. Stir in enough remaining flour to make soft dough. Knead on lightly floured surface until smooth and elastic, about 4 to 6 minutes. Put yeast ball into bowl (greased with olive oil) and covered to allow to rise. this needs to rise at least 20 minutes (longer on bad weather days).

Lightly oil pizza pan(s). This will make one thick (14 inch) or two thin 12 inch crusts. Sprinkle cornmeal over oiled pan.

Shape dough into smooth ball. Divide and roll dough to fit pans. Add pizza sauce and toppings as desired.

Bake at 400 degrees for 20 to 30 minutes or until done. Baking time depends on size and thickness of crust and topping choices.
