8 Cups refrigerated hash brown potatoes
2 - 12 oz packages Johnsonville Breakfast Sausage (any variety)
9 eggs
1 1/2 tsp. dry mustard
1 tsp.salt
1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
3 cups milk

Directions:
Directions:
Cook sausage according to package directions and let cool.
Slice sausage into 1/4" coins
Mix all ingredients together with eggs and pour into greased 9x13 pan
Cover and refrigerate overnight
Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees
Let stand 10 minutes before slicing
