2-3 pieces of bacon
Bag of spinach
2 tablespoons green onions
Sliced strawberries or a can of mandarin oranges
Small pieces of walnuts
Pieces of goat cheese
Fresh Black pepper
2 tablespoons brown sugar
1/3 cup red wine vinegar
1/3 cup good olive oil
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
3 or so tablespoons brandy

Fry bacon in skillet until crisp. Crumble it. set aside

In large salad bowl combine spinach, green onions, strawberries/orange pieces, walnuts, pepper.

In small saucepan, combine brown sugar, vinegar, oil, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce. Heat just to boiling. Add bacon. Pour over spinach

Heat brandy just until vapor begins to rise. ignite and quickly pour over salad.

Sprinkle goat cheese on top
