Ingredients:  
1-2 lb Halibut or Cod (relatively thick white fish)
1 onion, thinly sliced
1 lemon, thinly sliced
Olive oil
2 tablespoons butter
1.5 tablespoons flour
white pepper
1 cup milk
Handful of small shrimp
2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
1/4 cup Parmesan cheese
One quick pour of white wine (1/4 cup or so)
Worcestershire sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Crease and Oil center of large piece of heavy duty foil
Place fish on foil. Arrange onion and lemon slices over fish

Wrap securely using double folded seals

Place packet on grill. Cook 25 min or so

Meanwhile, melt butter. Stir in flour and white pepper. Cook until bubbly, stirring constantly. Gradually add milk. Cook 8 min, stirring constantly

Stir in shrimp, cheese, parsley and a little Worcestershire sauce. Cook one minute.

Place fish and onion slices on platter. Spoon sauce over fish. Serve with rice pilaf and cauliflower (sauce goes well with that)
