2 onions, cut in half
3 potatoes, peeled and cubed
4 large carrots, peeled and cubed
1 bag split green peas
3 t. salt
water to cover

Directions:
Directions:
Boil all ingredients until peas and vegetable are soft (about 2 hours). Discard onions. Use a fork or immersion blender to blend 1/4 of the soup.
