Ingredients:
Ingredients:
Box Yellow cake mix (eggs and oil to mix as directions say)
3-4 cups cut up rhubarb
1 cup white sugar
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp sugar
1 cup whipping cream or 1 cup half and half

Directions:
Directions:
Mix yellow cake mix as directed and pour in pan.
Mix one cup of sugar with the cut up rhubarb. Sprinkle rhubarb over the top of the cake batter. Mix the tsp of sugar and tsp of cinnamon together and sprinkle half of it over the top of the whole cake. Pour 1 cup or container of half and half over the top and sprinkle rest of cinnamon and sugar mixture over that. Bake at 350º for 45 minutes. Top should be lightly browned. The cream makes a custard at the bottom of the cake, this is so good and moist. Best rhubarb cake there is. Can top with Cool Whip dollop when serving. Awesome.
