Ingredients:  
1 12 lbs. beef
1 tsp liquid smoke
1/3 tsp garlic powder
1/3 tsp pepper
1 tsp meat tenderizer
1 tsp onion powder
1/4 c Worcestershire sauce
1/4 c soy sauce

Directions:
Directions:
1. semi freeze beef, slice into 1/8 inch thick slices
2. mix all ingredients, except beef, and pour over beef. Let sit overnight in refrigerator.
3. Bake 8-12 hours (125ºF to 140ºF). Turning slices every so often. Place meat on oven rack with cookie sheet underneath.
