1 1/2 cups (6 oz.) shredded sharp cheese
3 Tbl. all purpose flour
1 (10 oz.) pkg frozen,chopped spinach,thawed and drained
6 slices bacon,cooked and crumbled
3 eggs
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
6 (6") crepes

2/3 cup all purpose flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1 cup milk
3 eggs
vegetable oil

Filling
Combine cheese and flour;toss. Stir in remaining ingredients,except crepes,mixing well. Carefully place 6 crepes into a 6 lightly greased 6 oz. custard cups,and fill each with spinach mixture. Cover and bake at 350ºF for 35-40 min or until set.

Crepes;
Combine flour,salt and milk,beating at medium speed of an electric mixer until smooth. Add eggs and beat well, let stand 20 min.

Brush bottom of crepe pan or heavy skillet with oil;place over medium heat until just hot, but not smoking. Pour 2 TBl. batter into pan.

Uh-oh, The directions for making the crepes are cut off at the end of the page so I hope you know how to finish baking the crepes. It also doesn't say what to DO with the crepes and the filling so you have to be inventive. If anyone has the rest of the directions to this recipe..let me know and I will add!
