Cake:
1 #2 Can of Crushed Pineapple (14-16oz) with juice
2 C Flour
1 C Sugar
2 t Baking Soda
2 t Vanilla
2 Eggs

Frosting:
8oz Cream Cheese
1 stick (1/2 C) Butter (softened)
1 1/4 C Powdered Sugar
1 t Vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Dump all ingredients in a large bowl and mix.
Pour into greased and floured 9x14" pan.
Bake in preheated 350 degree oven for 35 minutes.
(Cake is done when toothpick comes out clean)
Leave cake in pan and cool.

Beat cream cheese and butter at low speed until blended. Add powdered sugar slowly until thoroughly mixed in. Add vanilla until well blended*. Spread on completely cooled cake.

* You can beat at high speed for fluffier frosting.
