1 lb Ground Turkey
1 egg
1C Panko Bread Crumbs
2 T chopped garlic
2 T Dried chopped onions
2 T Garlic Chili Sauce (you can sub ketchup)
2 T Parsley
1 T Yellow Mustard
1 t Worchestire Sauce

1/2 Bottle of Bloody Mary Mix - regular or spicy - you choose!

Preheat oven to 350

1) Mix all ingredients except Bloody Mary Mix in a mixing bowl. Mix gently with hands or mixer - do not over mix.
2) Put mixture into casserole dish (9"x13") and shape into rectangle. Create a trough down center of loaf.
3) Bake meatloaf for 30 minutes.
4) Pour Bloody Mary Mix over meatloaf. Bake additional 30 minutes.
